La metodología que integra en sus sesiones de coaching sexual incluye los principios y las prácticas de la sexología como el asesoramiento y la educación y los del coaching como la resolución de problemas y la consecución de objetivos.
Su práctica de coaching sexual es un proceso 100% personalizado, proactivo y dinámico que se basa en las necesidades de sus clientes y en dirigirlos hacia el futuro, logrando sus objetivos y cumpliendo sus sueños. La técnica que utiliza para evaluar las preocupaciones de sus clientes es el modelo MEBES© en donde se valora el nivel de bloqueo y desconexión en el ámbito mental, emocional, físico, energético y espiritual, la técnica que utiliza para desarrollar el plan de acción para que sus clientes logren alcanzar sus objetivos, resolver sus preocupaciones o desarrollar sus habilidades es el modelo PLISSIT. Las técnicas cognitivo-conductuales como la reestructuración cognitiva (RC) la utiliza para descubrir, enfrentar y modificar aquellos patrones de pensamientos y creencias distorsionadas que inciden de manera negativa en la vida de sus clientes.
Her professional philosophy is that sex goes beyond performance goals such as function, frequency, duration, and repertoire, and it also goes beyond expectations of what is considered “normal” regarding sexual interests and intercourse. She is a faithful believer that it is essential to consider aspects such as desire, pleasure, fantasies, connection, intimacy, and spirituality, to achieve a state of physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual well-being related to the sexuality.
The methodology that she integrates into her sex coaching sessions includes the principles and practices of sexology such as counseling and education and those of coaching such as problem solving and goal achievement.
Her sex coaching practice is 100% personalized, the process is proactive and dynamic, and it is based on the needs of her clients and on directing them towards the future, by achieving their goals and fulfilling their dreams. The technique used to evaluate the concerns of her clients is the MEBES© model, by assessing the level of blockage and disconnection in the mental, emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual spheres, the technique used to develop the action plan for her clients to achieve their objectives, resolve their concerns or develop their skills is the PLISSIT model. Cognitive-behavioral techniques such as cognitive restructuring (CR) is used to discover, confront, and modify those distorted thought patterns and beliefs that negatively affect the lives of her clients.
