Biography, Degrees and Certifications:
Pleasure Roots is a one-on-one transformative and holistic coaching program that empowers women to unlock their sexual desires, so that they can safely and confidently explore them and communicate them to their partner(s).
Aubrey is the creator and owner of Pleasure Roots and is a certified Clinical Sexologist (through Sex Coach U). She is a Sex & Intimacy Coach (for women) and continues to educate herself in somatic practices that focus on self-compassion and accessing your inner femininity and desires. She has also taken other trainings focused in consent-awareness, facilitating small groups, body-positivity and somatic healing.
Professional Philosophy:
My mission in the world is to change how we talk, think and feel about sex as a society – focusing on women who feel disconnected from their bodies and conditioned to believe that their desires are unimportant. I believe that every person deserves to have a healthy sexual lifestyle AND factual information about sex and bodies.
Range of Services/Programs Offered:
I offer one-on-one coaching over Zoom currently, and in-person and virtual masterclasses and workshops for women.
I primarily work with women individually, but have also supported men individually.
