Biography, Degrees and Certifications:

Growing up in a very open sex positive family I was taught since I was in the 2nd grade that sex is a beautiful and important part of a relationship. Talking about sex was normal in my household so it became very natural to me to explore it further and share information with my classmates. Before I knew it I was a sex educator at only 10 years old.

While I had developed a deep fascination with sex and was comfortable talking about it, I still experienced serious performance anxiety in the bedroom for 15+ years. Everything from premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, penis size shame, and even not being able to ejaculate during sex. The discomfort I had with my body and lack of sexual confidence lead me to turn to marijuana and alcohol to try and numb the anxiety and dissociate during sex. I spent over a decade trying and failing to solve these problems on my own. At times I would even avoid sex and intimacy with women all together and this lead to periods of depression.

My life changed when I started working with a sex coach. I realized my understanding of sex was very limited and I based all of my knowledge off of my exposure to porn. After experiencing amazing results and overcoming all of my performance anxieties in the bedroom I knew I had to share these teachings with men all over the world. Ever since I have been committed to helping men gain full sexual confidence so they can show up as the best version of themselves in their relationships and lives. This is my deepest passion and purpose in life.
